Appointments and Bookings
Initial consultations are free of charge with no obligation to proceed with any treatment. We encourage all prospective clients to attend a consultation before committing to a course of treatment.
Treatment appointments should be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice where possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to other clients. We appreciate your consideration and will always endeavour to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Consultations and Patch Tests
A free initial consultation and patch test are provided to all new clients prior to commencing laser treatment. This is an essential safety step and cannot be waived.
It is the client's responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information at the consultation, including current medications, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, and any previous aesthetic treatments. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.
Treatment Results
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Factors including skin type, hair type, hormonal conditions, and adherence to aftercare guidance all influence treatment outcomes.
Our clinicians will advise on expected outcomes at consultation based on your individual assessment. We are committed to transparency and will always give you an honest, realistic picture of what treatment can achieve for you.
Medical Conditions
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, current medications, and known contraindications at the consultation stage and must notify us of any changes prior to subsequent appointments.
The Laser Room Stratford reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if, in the professional judgement of our clinicians, proceeding may pose a risk to client safety. The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our highest priority.
Confidentiality
All client information — including personal details, medical history, and treatment records — is kept strictly confidential. We will never share your information with third parties under any circumstances, except where required by law.
You can attend our clinic with complete confidence in your privacy and discretion.
Pricing
Prices are personalised and discussed with you at consultation. Because every client is different, we do not publish a fixed price list — your quotation will reflect your individual treatment plan and the areas being treated.
All prices quoted are for the agreed treatment plan only. Any changes to the treatment scope will be discussed and agreed with you before they are carried out.
Photography
Client photographs may be taken for clinical record purposes only, with your explicit consent. These images form part of your confidential treatment record and are used solely to monitor your progress.
No client images will ever be shared publicly, posted on social media, or used in any marketing material without your explicit written consent.
Liability
The Laser Room Stratford carries full professional liability insurance. All treatments are carried out by fully qualified, insured, and accredited clinicians using FDA-approved, CE Certified medical grade equipment.
Our liability in respect of any treatment is limited to the cost of that treatment. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the provision of our services, provided that we have acted with reasonable professional care and skill.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
